moving outlook settings

i'm using outlook 2003.

i got a new laptop and would like to copy all
my old mail and settings (accounts + rules etc)
to it from my desktop. i'll still be using my
desktop...but i want the settings to be the same.

how can i do this.

2002 machine:
Look at the following two articles for help with this -- one is a primer on
Outlook files, and the other gives instructions for moving to a new Outlook
2002 or Outlook 2003 machine. And of course, for your situation, make sure
you copy the relevant files rather than move them :-) (Make sure Outlook
on the desktop is closed before you try to copy any of its files.)
