Accessing my outlook from different computers

I have set up my outlook to recieve my email from my Verizon account onto my
laptop. Now I am on my desktop doing my budget and when I open my Outlook,
my account isn't there. I set it up like I did on my computer and now it is
getting emails from my verizon account, but all my other information is not
there, my calendar, other folders, etc. Is there a way to set up a sharing
thing on my desktop with the account I set up on my laptop? I am not good
with IT jargon, so please be kind to my ignorance.
