Hi,
I'm creating an interactive presentation with menus and music as background
throughout the presentation. On one of the menu buttons it goes and launches
an m-peg 1 film. Because I have set the music to loop continuously, when the
film plays the music plays as well. Is there a way to stop the music when it
goes to the
film page and resume when coming out of this page.

You should be able to set the button to "stop previous sound" when clicked.
To do so, right-click the object, choose Actio Setting, and in the "Play
Sound" area choose "stop previous sound."

Not sure if that will take care of the problem in this case, but it's worth
a look.
