Movie Maker

I have just purchased a camcorder that is in the movie format mov. How or
what can I do to get this format to work in Movie Maker? What downloads do I
select, etc. What do I need to do to capture? I have used Movie Maker for
avi. but I need to know how to get the new camera's videos to work.
