Movie Maker convert mpg to wmv - audio issue

I am trying to convert a .mpg file to a .wmv file so I
can play it on my Pocket PC with Windows Media Player.

The .mpg fiel came from my Sony DV Camcorder. WHen I
play this file in Media Player, the audio is fine.

When I lay the .wmv files (I tried several different
quality settings), the audio is very high pitched.

What can I do?
 
Never mind, I downloaded the latest WinDVD (5), and that
fixed my problem.
