movie maker closes wen edit

I have a Sony VAIO Laptop PCG-R505JLP
Using windows movie maker, as soon as I try to edit
effect or transition the program immediately closes with
no notification.

Yeah...you need more memory. Movie maker needs enough

memory on your hard drive in order to work properly. Go
out and buy a memory card. However, it will and should
work better on a regular pc. Hope that helps.
