Movie Maker 2 Crashes

When I try to "Finish Movie" by saving it to a DV camera
or in WMV format, Movie Maker always crashes about half
way through. I have even gone so far as to do a fresh OS
install on my PC to see if that would fix the problem.

I have 63 separate AVI files (9.5GB) with some
transitions, as well as still pictures. Any ideas what
might cause this?

Do you have enough free hdd space, as it'll need to make a temp file to send
out.
Try splitting it up in to smaller segments to see if that helps. Does it
always crash at the same point? Which may point out an error at that part of
the movie.
