Movie in Powerpoint 2007

I'm starting to use PP2007 for PC
I imported a movie successfully, then cropped it using the movie crop tools.
But when I play it, it only resizes itself. Don't the crop tools actually
CROP the movie? I need to eliminate some black bars on the sides of my custom
sized movie clip. How?

Hi,

My crop tool doesn't crop a movie in 2007. Just resizes it. I guess just
because an options is available in 2007 doesn't mean it works.

You will have to edit your movie externally.

Thanks! I thought so. Thanks for confirming that. Sometimes it seems like the
newer versions of software actually take a step backwards in some areas. I
was using Powerpoint 2003, and cropped it easily.

in PPT. (Including cropping.) You might want to give the free trial a go.
