Outlook 2003 on an Exchange Server

I was just changed from OL 2002 to 2003. I need a rule to MOVE (not copy)
specific SENT emails to a folder. All I can find is a COPY which creates two
copies of the email. How do I move it, not copy it? Thanks!

If you disable the option to save outgoing message to Sent Items, then the
rule will be a move and not a copy. You then need one more rule at the
bottom of your rule list to move a copy of all outgoing messages to Sent
Items. The all the mail that want' moved by the specific move rules will be
moved by the final rule. Be sure to include the "stop processing more
rules" action on the specific rules. You do not need it on the final
general rule.
