how do I auto-delete emails with a rule in outlook 2007?

I have set a rule which checks emails as they are sent and places a copy in a
specific folder however, the original stays in the 'sent' folder until I
delete it. How can I "move a sent email to a specific folder" instead of
"move a COPY to a specif folder"? This is driving me nuts...can anyone help
please?

This is not possible in outlook. It always moves a copy. If you are using
rules to move all sent messages, you can disable the option to save sent
messages - but if the folder the sent message is being moved to is
unavailable, the rule will fail and you won't have a copy of the sent item.
