How do I create a rule to delete sent messages in Outlook 2003?

How do I create a rule to delete sent messages after moving a copy to a PST
file in Outlook 2003? I can create a rule to move a copy of my sent
messages, but I cannot find a rule to allow me to delete the sent messages.

Rules only work on messages after they are received and in limited
circumstances, after they are sent.
