First, are you sure the driver is right for XP? If you have updated to
XP, you may need a new mouse driver.
Second... I understand about sticking, but not the other. You should
run a spyware detector like Ad-Aware or Spybot.
Third... If this is recent, you should think about using Restore to
return your system to where it was before this condition began.. Start
\ Programs \ Accessories \ System Tools\ system restore.
