Mouse Stuck In Table

Every so often when I'm messing with a control in a table, the mouse gets
stuck within the bounds of the table in the designer and I can't figure out
why. Even switching to another app with Alt-Tab doesn't realease the mouse.
But if I right click and select "View In Browser" the mouse gets released...
Anyone seen this behavior? Thanks.

If you are getting this behavior in VS 2003 then I get this
occasionaly. I don't know what is the issue but its quite annoying. I
usually have to minimize the window using a shortcut key and bring it
back up again for it to work as normal. Again, another bug in VS.NET
2003.
 
I have found it happens when working with dropdowns in the designer.
