Mouse problem in WINXP

Hi, i have win xp pro. i have tried using a serial mouse
and ps/2 mouse and both of these run slow only sometimes.
when playing games or just using the internet they will
sometimes become slow and stutter and not move. Im not
sure why this is. does anyone know?

If your graphics card shares memory with main system memory as opposed to
having its own on-card memory, the actions you describe, game playing and
browsing the Internet (especially at graphics intensive websites or just
when the system is busy with other functions can cause this issue. If the
card does share memory instead of using its own, that's the likely cause and
you need to consider getting a card with its own memory. At least 128MB of
ram if you are really into playing games.
