Mouse Pointer

Every now and then my mouse pointer freezes. Have to do cold reboot. Using
MS Wireless Intellimouse Explorer 2.0. In control panel, mouse batteries
show good. Possible cause? TIA.

maybe : low resources....

suggestion: try a memory defrag
or use a generic mouse driver
or maybe decelerating the graphic
acceleration via display properties,
advanced troubleshooting.....
