Sooo frustrating!
No matter whatever my mouse pointer glides over in any active window,
there are INCESSANT popups telling me something about whatever word I
touched or glided over.
When I want information, I ASK FOR IT with a right-side mouse click!

Can anyone tell me if this is a Vista (mal)feature and how I can have
things MY WAY and stop this information vomit?

Find "Showinfotip"
Left click
Modify Value
Change 1 to 0
File/Exit

Is this in IE only or across the whole OS?

If it's in IE only then it's probably Intellitxt, Kontera or similar
Adware garbage...

And to block LiveMail ads

to either your hosts file or block them in IE using Tools, Internet
Option, Security, Restricted Sites.
