Mouse Operation

I'm using a windows 2000 professional and I just lost the
use of my right click mouse function in sending a document
to 3.5 floppy of mail receipient. I don't recall changing
any settings.

Is the right-mouse bringing up a menu at all or have you
just lost the send-to options?
