mouse doesn't work

I am having the same problems as "Chris" (refer to
11/23/03 message). My wireless optical mouse blue has
stopped working properly after I changed batteries as
well. The cursor continually freezes upon a cold boot or
upon waking the PC up from standby. It is now freezing
up from regular usage and toggling between window panes.
I did the resync and that didn't help, either. Can
anyone help me? Thanks!

Microsoft mice now work on the 5.0 version,have you down-
loaded yet.If so,uninstall it in device mgr.,also in
add/remove,reboot computer,once on desktop,reinstall new
software.
