Mouse button enhancement

I'm trying to find a program that can "bind" a key to a mouse button.

Something like MSIntellimouse O_o
I press the middle mouse button and it send a "ctlr-d" to the active
window, move the wheel up and it send a "ctrl-x" and so on O_o
