Motion Backgrounds with text foregrounds

Do you know if Powerpoint 2007 has introduced motion backgrounds that you can
advance your text items on. For example I want to play a movie and express
certain points along the way. Can it be done?

Revbaw,
If the video does not have to take up the full slide you can play it
covering several slides and show text beside it.
Right click the video choose custom animation, double click the video entry,
set to continue slideshow and stop after x slides. It think this will work
in PPT 2002/2003.
