Motherboard Beeps

When I open certain sites to internet explorer, my mother
board beeps a ton. It is an abit is7 and it seems as
once ie is closed, the beeps stop.

Usually beeps that come from your motherboard are hardware-related. They
are audible clues for troubleshooting and you can find out what your
motherboard/BIOS uses by looking in the manual or on Abit's website for
BIOS beep codes.

You didn't give any information about your Internet connection or any
other hardware, so it's hard to tell exactly. Are you sure the beeping
is coming from your motherboard and not from, say, a popup blocker?
Repost with more details about your Internet connection and other
hardware for more help.
