Monitor won`t go to sleep Help please

Just recently, the monitor won`t go on standby and I can`t find the place to check the
settings.

Have you updated your video card drivers recently? I ran into this
sometime ago with new NVIDIA drivers not allowing the display to go into
power save mode.

If try rolling back the driver.
