My colleague has a Mesh computer which he uses with a Tiscali dialup
connection which has stopped working, he constantly gets a busy signal from
the modem speaker, he has tried to install Freeserve dialup but also gets
the busy signal when trying to sign up online. Anybody got any suggestions?

Manually dial the number in hyperterminal, or on a phone, to make sure
the number is busy or not.

Already tried that number is not busy
