Modem Driver

I am getting an error when trying to go into standby... device driver for
modem is preventing machine from entering standby. I since have upgraded to
SP2 and updated the driver. Hasn't fixed the Problem.. .Any ideas?

Any new drivers available for that modem? If this is going to be fixed,
that's where the solution will arise from
