modem bonding

recently i ran across an old program for win 95/98.its call shotgun for useing two modems to connect with.sence i cant get dsl or cable,and satilite is to expensive,i thought i would give this a try.problem is i rum win xp and the program for shotgun is for 95/98 and i cant get it to work.does anyone know of a program for win xp that i can download as to where i can use two modems to connect with?
 
Built in to XP and I think also 98 (it was introduced in 98 I think, if not maybe ME).
If you type two modems in help you'll key a KB on setting up a multilink connection.
