Windows media player shuts in fatal error each time I read a multimedia
file, on line or off line.

I made an update but the problem persists...

The error message indicates that it's mmswitch.ax version 0.9.4.0.

This problem is known ?

Hi,

Delete mmswitch.ax in c\windows
it is a codec for morgan multimedia capture card.
delete-reboot and it should work.
