MMC Snap-in failed to initialize

Recently, one of the WinXP Pro computers in my office is having
problem with MMC. Can't add any printer even the printers installed
are not listed, I can print though. Error saying Snap-in Failed to
initialize when I start Computer Management, I can't access to
Service, Local users and groups, Disk management and etc... I tried
run MMC.exe and add those missing Snap-in. I can see all of them in
the list of Available Standalone Snap-ins but the icons for those
having problem appear like a folder.... So can't put them back.

How do I reinstall those MMC Snap-in? Thanks in advance.

I did searching on the internet. Well, I found some articles but seems
not my case. I've checked the path of WBEM, have looked at the doc in
knowledge base..........
