MM2 Odd very Odd problem Possible SW conflict

Help please b4 i pull all my hair out.

I am using MM2 and having some very annoyiny problems. It
will run ok for a short while then it goes daft. When i
try to click on part of the movie or add a title to a
clip, the program literaly dissapears, no error warnings
no system hang nothing just closes down in the blink of
an eye.

I have had my HD reformatted as there were other probs
but they have all occured again, the only thing i can
think is that there maybe a software conflict going on.

Any help will be much appreciated.
