MM2 movie to analog output device

I want to purchase an AV to DV (with DV to AV) firewire converter like the
Canapous AVDC100 or the Pyro AV Link which both support analog output. With
MM2, the finish movie options confuse me. After creating my MM2 movie would
I "Send to DV camera" in order for it to send out through tje firewire to the
converter box into the VCR? If so, it cannot control the VCR record button
right? Will MM2 work with these analog output boxes? Thanks!

The canopus one is an excellent model. You cannot control the vcr record
function, you'll need to manually press the record button. MM2 will work
with it fine, check out www.papajohn.org for more details on these
convertors, but stay away from the cheaper models.
