a-to-d converter

I have a Cannon ZR-65 DV camcorder that can be used to
convert anolog av to digital, but windows MM2 give a "no
tape erreo" when i try to capture the av directly. It
works fine if i capture the av toa DV tape then from the
DV tape to MM2 this is a very time consuming step. does
any one know if MM2 will suport my DV camera as a video
capture divice (a to d converter) ????

You mean a pass-thru device....
