HellaGirl can see all in "network neighborhood" but other computers are "not
accessible" & "network path was not found" I'm running Satellite internet
through wireless router (all computers are hardwired to router and all
wireless adapters are disabled at this time ). Default gateway is Router WAN
IP, DNS is Router DNS address.

Well, both Hellagirl and SonyGirl are Node Type = Peer-Peer. With no WINS
server (I don't see one specified), that will be a problem. Change that, to
Broadcast or Mixed. Then repeat your observations, and if necessary, make
another set of diagnostics.

I don't think the default gateway setting is right. It should be the
router's LAN IP address (probably 192.168.2.1), not the router's WAN
IP address.

Node type "Peer-to-Peer" is wrong and can block access to other
computers. On the computers that have that node type:

1. Run the registry editor.

2. Open this key:

HLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netbt\Parameters

3. Delete these values if they're present:

NodeType
DhcpNodeType

Reboot, then try network access again.

If that doesn't fix it, open that registry key again, create a DWORD
value called "NodeType", and set it to 1 for "Broadcast" or 4 for
"Mixed".

Thank you! This was one of my questions as I set this up with the router and
static IPs. I appreciate your time.

You're welcome. I did some tests on my computer, and specifying the
router's public IP address as the default gateway works in some places
and not in others. It works when entered in the network connection's
TCP/IP properties. But it gets an error message when entered in a
"route add" or "route change" command at a command prompt. Those
commands only accept a default gateway in the same subnet as the
network connection's LAN address (e.g. 192.168.2.1 in your setup).
