Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools, select Internet Options, go to the
Connections tab, with your dial-up connection selected, click Settings, in
the box that opens, click the Advanced button under "Dial-up settings," this
will open the Advanced Dial-up box which contains the "Disconnect if idle"
option.
