Missing "usbccgp.sys" for webcam

When loading software for my new logitech QUICKcAM Pro 4000 it says I need "usbccgp.sys" I loaded the latest drivers from logitech and thit did not help. E-mailed logitech and they said it was a operating system problem. I have xp with service pack 1. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Gary
