missing program file icon

Someone, while trying to make a shortcut to word removed the icon from the
program list Start--> Programs word is no longer there however the
program works fine from the icons How do i replace the icon to the program
files list?
 
You can "drag and drop" shortcut's into that list......if you have a shortcut to MS Word on your desktop, then drag it to the Start button, then up to Programs, and drop it into the popup window.
