Whenever I double-click to start my games I get a pop up stating that it has
encountered a problem and will now close. How do I find out what the problem
is and how to fix it?

PLEASE HELP!!!

What game and do you run it from the Web or local on your HDD?.
Do you have the latest Flash player and your Java up2date?.
How much RAM you have on your Computer and Disk Space?.

Okay, try the following:
Open a run command and type in:
eventvwr click [OK] on the Event Viewer look for Error messages (X) and
double click them to get more Info about the culprit causing them and you can
copy and paste in your next post.
Does your computer overheating sometimes?.

Try to run a memtest from here:
http://www.memtest.org
P.S what the games names?.
Let us know.

Faulting application dinerdash2.exe, version 1.0.0.228, faulting module
dinerdash2.exe, version 1.0.0.228, fault address 0x002e531c.

There are about 6 games that won't run due to the same problem.

I also don't recall my computer overheating.

Thanks,
Amy
