Missing MSVCR70.dll File

I seem to be missing a file called MSVCR70.dll that will
not allow my computer to sync with my Pocket PC Quicken.
Does any one know how to fix this error? If you can help
me out please respond to my e-mail address at

Mike, first do a Search for the dll. If nothing turns up then you can go
here and download it.
