missing links

I am missing the file-Customize Links (2) in the Favorites/Links folder, can
anyone help me find this file or a site to download the file from?

Please try and explain to some of us what on earth you mean by a file
"Customize Links (2)" as I have never heard of such a thing.
What makes you think you need such a file?
