Not a valid bookmark file

Hello. I've exported my favorites from my work PC (WinXP,IE6.0) and emailed
the .html to my home PC (WinXP,IE6.0). No matter what I do, I can't seem to
import favorites. I keep receiving the message:

"Not a valid bookmark file."

The file is in Favorites \ Links. What am I missing?

Emailing is the problem.

"Not a valid bookmark file" error
Created by saving an emailed favorites export using File-Save

Open the page in Notepad and remove this first line:

<!-- saved from url=(0022)http://internet.e-mail -->
