Missing Link Bar When Published

My link bar does not appear in my published web. I am using FP2003, and the links had published correctly previously. I republished my whole web [not just changed pages], but the links still do not appear although visible and working on my version.

Explain
If you mean the 6 Go buttons, they show up
The nav bar at the bottom won't because of your illegal file naming
Remove all spaces in all file and folder names - illegal html , breaks links
- you will need to redo your Interactive buttons (the scripts will not update if you just rename the images)
