FP created unwanted link bar when publishing

When I viewed my site on the web after publishing I noticed that there is an
unwanted navigational link bar going across the top of the page. The Title
to the page also appears across the top.
I did not use any themes. I created my link bars manually. I used a table
and cells.
I am using FP2003.
I published a previous site with FP2003 & did not have this problem.
It seems that in the act of publishing FP created this link bar & adds the
header.
Any ideas?
I have checked out all Help files available, but cannot seem to find this one.
One more thing...the Index (Home) page is fine...it is just the other pages
that this unwanted stuff is on.
My site is http://www.poointandcut.com

If none of these things appear on your local copy of the web hit tools/
recalculate hyperlinks and re-publish it up to the server.

BTW; your link d/n work.

Hi Chris:
I recalculated hyperlinks & re-published. Unfortunately, the unwanted links
& Titles are still at the top of the page. Any other ideas?
Sorry about the previos link....it was a typo. The link is

Chris:
just wanted to remind you...the Home Pgae is fine...that is how all the
other pages should look. If you go to any of the other pages in my site you
will see the extra naviagation links at the top & the page titels that
shouldn't be there;-)
Thanks for your help!

Your other pages are using a top shared border w/ a nav bar in it
<meta name="Microsoft Border" content="t, default">

Hi:
Yes, I see that line when I view the code on the published site...however
here is the line in my source site <meta name="Microsoft Border"
content="none, default">
So....the act of publishing is changing the line from the above mentioned to:
<meta name="Microsoft Border" content="t, default">
any ideas on how I can publish without it changing this & adding this top
shared borders? I do not have any shared borders in my site...
Thanks for the help!

I found the cause. Hidden away under "properties", then under "custom" tab,
for some reasom there were unwanted "user variables". I deleted those &
re-published & all is well :)
Thanks for all your suggestions!
