Missing KB article....cant find it.

Can anyone find Q102997? The title of the document
is 'REG: Network Services Entries, Part 3'

I googled, no find. I searched Microsoft. No find. I see
it referenced, and its missing in the MSDN January 2004
collection.

It's part of a collection of information pertaining to
Network Registry entries. As you can see by the title, its
the 3rd document of around 8. Ive got all but this 3rd
which I cant find anywhere!
