Missing items in perfmon.exe !

Hi'

I would like to setup some performance log on my XPE SP2 target.
However, unlike my XP pro i'm missing the 'Memory' item (and more) when
trying to setup the performance log parameter.

I tried the perfmon - files from the XP pro - and copied them to the
target - but... no success.

Any ideas,
