windows messenger video conversation

Hi,

I'm having problems setting up a video conversation using the windows
messenger component from XPe SP2. The webcam on the XPe target is a
Logitech Quickcam Messenger.
When I setup a video conversation from an XP pro machine to the XPe
target, windows messenger says: "either your audio or your video
capabilities are not compatible with those of the person you are
trying to contact."
When I setup the video conversation from the XPe target to an XP pro
machine, windows messenger just says: "the video conversation with ...
has ended."
Which magic component am I missing?

Have you included the "Windows Image Acquisition User Interface" compoenent?

Hi Hans,

I am trying to connect a Logitech QuickCam Messenger on a Wyse 9150SE
terminal with Windows XP Embedded service pack 1. I used the standard setup
provided on the webcam CDROM, but it does not work. It sounds like your
webcam is running OK. Can you tell me on which type of device is it
connected, and what did you do to make it run?
