Can't run Image

Henning

I have created an image from XPE Full XP, but I got stuck, whatever I do I
only get a black screen when booting the image disk.

I'm running in a VirtualBox
Drive 10 GB FAT32 or NTFS no difference
Formatted, set to Active
Connect the drive to a XP VM, and copy the image to the target disk.
I have set the Administrator PW
When I try to run the recovery consol from my XP pro CD, I get Invalid
password whatever I try.

What am I missing?

Thanx, at least it showed what should happen ;)

I'm using the Sun VirtualBox, but they work the same.
This is what I have done, exept I choose the XP Full component, but it never
enters FBA.
Is there any component missing in the XP Full component?

Puuh,

Doing exacly what the video shows, made my first startable image. So I guess
there are some components missing in the Full XP macro.

Thanks again!

With my full xp pro component, you still have to run TAP on the target
system and create the driver components.

Me again...

I've managed to get Full XP to install and run in the VPC.

Now I create a bootable CD with XP Pro Bootsector in Nero6. As all the time
I get Couldn't find NTLDR when booting from the CD. NTLDR is there. What am
I doing wrong this time? I expected FBA to run and install the image to the
HD.
