Missing Internet Explorer in Add/remove

I have been having problems getting into some web sites
and my ISP says I need to repair my internet Explorer 6.0
but it is not listed in my Add/Remove, How do I put it
back in there? I have downloaded Internet Exp 6.0 pack 1,
but it did not show up in Add/remove, but did in C drive.
Please advise.
