Missing icons on taskbar

I am having a problem with icons that are missing from the task bar
notification area. I can get the icons to come back by doing a system restore
but after a few restarts they are gone. Any ideas?
 
You did not specify the program names of that icons. Check the status of
Hiding Inactive Icons through out the Taskbar Properties.

Right-Click on the Taskbar - choose Properties
Click Customize "Hide Inactive Icons"

Here see the status of every program. May be some of them or set to "Always
Hide".
 
One of the icons is my printer utility program. The other is my spyware
program. They are not set to always hide.
