Missing hover buttons

I am having trouble with one particular site whereby when
the page loads there should be 4 "hover buttons" down the
left hand side. These are not displayed and only an empty
white box is present. The site is www.ncalt.com which I
need to use for work. I am running XP and IE6 sp2.

Any ideas I'd be grateful

Those aren't hover buttons, they're just JavaScript mouseOvers (image swaps).
The alt-text tells you what the buttons say, and they work without JavaScript
enabled. Whatever is causing you to see the empty boxes should only be
cosmetic.

I've checked the URL and ZoneAlarm Pro detects those 'buttons' as being
advertisements, therefore, disable any anti-advertisement or anti-popup
software you have running.
