Links and radio buttons movement when mourse hovers over them

I recently developed a problem where in certain sites where after page is
painted, If I hover or move mouse over radio buttons and or some hyperlinks
within the page the button/link moves to the left of the page slightly.
This is not a linear movement, ie. a button on the left of the page will
move only slightly (1 or 2 millimetres) where a button on the right side of
the page may move 100mm or more..
Where 2 hyperlink appear close together on RHS of page it is so bad that I
think I am pointing to one but am actually unknowingly pointing at the other.
Anyone heard or know of similar ?

Can you give us a sample of a page that does this?
