missing files

last week something got into my computer changed all the
created dates on my files to june 24 2017. contacted
microsoft was told to reinstall. followed all instruction
to a tee. now computer cant find anything. downloaded
critical update kb833998. caame back with an error message
c:\windows\download\programfile|bridge dll modual not
found. have port of entry errors on music and video,
picture files. need to know what the cause and how to
remedy. thank you cjw

That bridge.dll is from a spyware program, so install

and run either spybot search and destroy, or Adaware. I
would also run a updated anti-virus scan as well.
