missing dll file

necessary file "mscoree dll" downloaded the dll in zip
file,where do i install the dll file to?

Have a look here...Symantec says to ignore it, unless you have the .Net
Framework installed:

Error: "Missing file: 'C:\ . . . \DotNetInstaller.exe' cannot access a
necessary file . . .. " after running WinDoctor:

You won't have it unless you have installed the .Net Framework, nor do
you need it unless you have a program that requires the .Net Framework.
